Jessi to Appear on "Immortal Song" as a Soloist

Singer and rapper Jessi will be appearing on KBS‘ singing competition variety show “Immortal Song.”

An associate from the network’s variety department told news outlet Daily Sports on June 28, “Jessi will be part of the recording for ‘Immortal Song’ that will take place on June 29.”

She has previously appeared on “Immortal Song” as part of her group, Lucky J, but this will be her first time appearing on the program as a solo artist. As she can both sing and rap, her stage is expected to be dynamic and full of surprises.

She will be part of the Gu Chang Mo special, as she will be competing against 11 other teams, including Rose Motel, Shin Yong Jae, Heo Gak, DK, and Hong Kyung Min.

The recording is scheduled for June 29, with the episode expected to air in July.
