Chu Sung Hoon Knocks Down Yoo Hee Yeol With a Hit on "Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook"

On a recent filming of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” Chu Sung Hoon paid a visit to the set and had a face-off with Yoo Hee Yeol, which resulted in quite an unexpected situation.

During the show, Yoo Hee Yeol suggests having a fight man to man. Chu Sung Hoon starts to get competitive and warms up, taking this very seriously.

The fight ends with Yoo Hee Yeol getting hit from Chu Sung Hoon and the MC remains on the ground for a second, making Chu Sung Hoon and the audience worried.

Later, Chu Sung Hoon speaks of his concerns as a martial artist.

Chu Sung Hoon, who is now 41-years-old and is still actively competing as a martial artist, says, “In the martial arts industry, I’m the oldest competitor among other Asian fighters. I’m considered a grandpa in the martial arts world. It’s hard to compete with someone who is in his 20s now.”

Chu Sung Hoon goes on to explain why he continues martial arts, saying, “I was in the competitive industry ever since I was young. I’m afraid of retirement, where there is no competition. I’m going to try [to compete] as long as I can,” and receives a big round of applause from Yoo Hee Yeol and the audience.

The fighter also sends a loving message to his wife Yano Shiho, in which he seems very nervous and sincere.
