Girl's Day's Hyeri Talks Growing Out Her Hair Despite Pushback from Fans

Girl’s Day member Hyeri has revealed why she has decided to grow her hair out.

On July 6, the group took part in a showcase at Seoul’s KBS Sports World Ahead of the release of their second full-length album, “Love.“

During the showcase, Hyeri, who is known for her trademark bib, discussed the reason she decided to switch things up for this comeback, “I wanted a change so I went from a bob to long hair. There were a lot of people against my decision, but I had short hair for over two years so I tried for a long hairstyle.”

Although she relied on extensions to complete her long hair look this time around, Hyeri expressed her desire to really grow out her hair, “Next time, I will show you my grown out hair without the help of extensions.”

Meanwhile, “Love,” which was released on July 7, features the group’s title track “Ring My Bell,” in addition to songs “With Me,” “Come Slowly,” “Top Girl,” for a total of 14 songs.
