BTOB’s Lee Minhyuk Rips His Pants During Live Performance of “It’s Okay”

BTOB member Lee Minhyuk recently faced the embarrassing moment of ripping his pants during a live performance of the group’s newest title track “It’s Okay.”

The unfortunate accident occurred on the latest broadcast of Mnet’s “M!Countdown,” which aired on July 9. On this day, BTOB showcased two performances as part of their comeback stage—“Yo-Ho-Ho” and “It’s Okay.”

Just as he finished up his solo rap part of “It’s Okay,” Minhyuk ended up tearing his pants while carrying out the choreography, exposing his underwear. The incident is gaining more attention especially due to the bright color of his exposed underwear.

While he wrapped up the rest of the performance as if nothing had happened, he is said to have shyly covered the ripped area as soon as the song ended, as the group came down from the stage, causing laughter amongst the fans.

Following the performance, Minhyuk took to his personal Twitter and expressed, “Early yesterday morning, before we came down to Gwangju, our manager hyung packed my underwear. He says he deliberated between that and leopard print. Ah..hyung..” He then joked, “I guess this is what happens when you write a song titled ‘Open…’ I’m ‘Okay.’ Everyone, please show a lot of love for ‘Open.’ #TurnaCrisisIntoanOpportunity.”
