EXID's Hani Is Mature Beyond Her Years on SBS's "Same Bed, Different Dreams"

EXID‘s Hani will be showing that she is mature beyond her years on SBS‘s “Same Bed, Different Dreams.”

On the upcoming episode of “Same Bed, Different Dreams” which will air on July 11, Hani appears as a guest, the theme for which is ‘teens and their looks.’

During the recording, the studio is introduced to a tenth grader who is into plastic surgery, and her mother, who is against that. When the student shows low confidence in her looks, Hani warmly encourages her by telling stories about her own past.

Hani begins, “My mother always tells me since I debuted up until now, ‘Hani, you’re a very precious being. You are very special, because you’re my daughter.’ Even if I’m not pretty, even if I’m not amazing at something, it really helps a lot to know that you are a precious being to someone,” telling her that it is more important to build her self-esteem than to focus on her looks.

Hani also speaks about the time she lost her self-confidence after she is showered with negative comments shortly after her debut as EXID. She reveals, “The hardest thing was when I looked small.” She then explains that her mother’s hand-written letter to her helped her get over the difficult times, making the whole studio tear up.

Kim Gu Ra gives his rare compliments to Hani’s maturity, saying, “Hani, do you have children of your own? You are amazing at this.”

The staff also didn’t hold back on their praises, saying, “Hani connected with all of the guests’ stories, and she encouraged them all so genuinely. You will be able to see the heartwarming side of her. Please look forward to her amazing work on ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams.'”

Meanwhile, SBS’s “Same Bed, Different Dreams” will be aired on July 11 at 8:45 p.m.
