WANNA.B Grabs Your "Attention" in MV for Official Debut
Girl group WANNA.B makes their official debut in Korea with title track “Attention.”
Written by Polar Bear who has worked previously with EXID, MBLAQ, and Girl’s Day and up-and-coming composer Wie Han Sam, “Attention” is a genre bender that combines reggaeton, electronic, and hip hop influences.
Choreographed by Kim Hae Rang whose extensive resume includes Lee Hyori, BoA, Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, miss A, and After School, the choreography for “Attention” is powerful and soldierly, in keeping with the marching percussion-like beat of the song.
After a few member departures and additions, WANNA.B debuts with six members, Jiwoo, Si Young, Se Jin, Ami, Eunsom, and Seoyoon.
WANNA.B has already been active in China, developing and refining their skills and experience before their Korean debut. From December 2014 to last March, WANNA.B held a solo tour around China’s major regions to positive reviews. The group is slated to kick off music show promotions on “The Show” on July 21.
What do you think about WANNA.B’s debut track? How do you think they compare to other girl groups?
