Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Hee Yeol Pair Up for New JTBC Variety Program "Sugar Man"

The nation’s MC Yoo Jae Suk and singer/producer Yoo Hee Yeol will be pairing up for a new JTBC variety program.

MC Yoo Jae Suk’s first variety program on a cable channel, “To You Project – Searching for Sugar Man,” “Sugar Man” for short, will see the two hosts search for the lost “sugar men” of the Korean music industry.

On the show, Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Hee Yeol will each form a team and look for singers who once decorated a chapter of Korean music history and have since disappeared from the spotlight. The show will also recreate these singers’ hits for a competition.

The show borrows its title from the documentary “Searching for Sugar Man.” It will premiere on the cable channel this August.
