Jung Gyu Woon Sustains Injuries on Both Arms During “Real Men” Filming
It has been reported that actor Jung Gyu Woon suffered injuries on both arms during a recent filming of MBC’s variety program “Real Men.”
On July 25, a representative of the actor’s agency, Fantagio, revealed, “Jung Gyu Woon sustained an injury in the middle of filming for ‘Real Men’ during Taekwondo training. He received surgery two days ago for his broken left arm, and he is wearing a cast on his right hand due to a fracture in his bone. He is recovering at the hospital right now.”
It is reported that Jung Gyu Woon sustained the fracture in his hand while breaking tiles and the broken arm was a result of a sparring session with fellow cast member Julien Kang.
The actor’s current condition appears to be more serious than expected. The doctor has advised that Jung Gyu Woon put a halt to all of his activities for about three months in order to solely focus on recovery. It is said that the doctor has prohibited the actor from exercise for the next six months.
As for his appearance on “Real Men,” the agency rep revealed that they will be meeting with producers next week in order to figure out Jung Gyu Woon’s future schedules. The actor plans on taking a break from all activities for the time being.
