Super Junior's Choi Siwon Courted for New MBC Drama
Super Junior‘s Choi Siwon may finally be making a small screen comeback after two years and eight months.
On July 27, management agency SM Entertainment confirmed that Choi Siwon is in talks for upcoming MBC Wednesday-Thursday evening drama “She Was Pretty” (working title). “Choi Siwon has received a casting offer for the drama ‘She Was Pretty’ and is positively looking over it,” a spokesperson said.
Choi Siwon rounds out the candidate roster for the main cast of “She Was Pretty,” which currently consists of Hwang Jung Eum, Park Seo Joon, and Go Joon Hee.
If he takes the role, Choi Siwon will play magazine features editor Kim Shin Hyuk, a self-confident cosmopolitan but ultimately mysterious man who’s got more going on on the inside than he lets on.
