BEAST’s Yong Jun Hyung Receives Text Asking for Borrowed Money on “Cultwo Show”
A “Cultwo Show” listener flustered BEAST‘s Yong Jun Hyung when he asked for borrowed money.
On the July 30 broadcast of SBS Power FM‘s “Cultwo Show,” BEAST appeared as guests. During the show, a listener writes in to Yong Jun Hyung, “Aren’t you going to pay me back the 150,000 Won (~$150 USD) that you borrowed from me to get your scooter?”
At this, Yong Jun Hyung is flustered and says, “I have no memory of this. I do know who that friend is, and we haven’t kept in touch for about 10 years. It seems like we need to talk.”
The radio show hosts ask, “Have you ever bought a scooter?” and Yong Jun Hyung responds, “Yes, when I was a student.” They then ask, “Does this friend joke around a lot?” and the rapper responds, “No, but he wouldn’t be the type to write in like this either. If it’s true, I’ll pay him back.”
Meanwhile, BEAST released their eighth mini album “Ordinary” on July 27.
