Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – August Week 2

A Pink’s “Remember” narrowly edged two-week champion Girls’ Generation’s “Party” to become our new No. 1 song this week.

“Remember” won on Music Bank and M!Countdown last week. It also scored more points than “Party” on GAON Chart and various internet charts to more than offset the much inferior scores from our Soompi Airplay in which Girls’ Generation dominates. It is A Pink’s second No. 1 song on our chart this year. Their 2014 hit “LUV” also spent the first week of this year on top of our chart. Congratulations to A Pink.

Rounding out the top three is INFINITE’s “Bad,” moving down from No. 2 last week. Super Junior’s “Devil” moves up five spots to No. 4.

This is no brand new song in the top 10 this week. Only SISTAR’s former No. 1 song “SHAKE IT” re-enters the top 10 at No. 7. Next week we may see a lot of new songs.
