JYP Entertainment Launches Songwriter and Producer Auditions

JYP Entertainment is looking for talented songwriters and producers!

From August 15 to September 14, JYP Entertainment will be actively recruiting songwriters and producers to join their company.

Candidates may apply regardless of their experience, age, or level of education, and may apply as individuals or in teams.  Demos of two original songs, excluding songs that have already been released or submitted, should be sent via email (publishing@jype.com). Applicants must specify their application field (i.e. lyricist, producer, and/or songwriter) when applying. The application form and other instructions can be found on JYP Entertainment’s official page.

The candidates who make the first cut will be notified on September 30, and they will be asked for more demos and may get an interview. The final winners will be notified on October 31. There may or may not be a winner depending on the judging results. Also, submitted files will not be returned. The final winner will be given prize money and the opportunity to sign with JYP Publishing.
