Yoo Jae Suk Talks About a Time When His Seniors Made Him Cry
National MC Yoo Jae Suk talked about a time when his seniors made him cry.
On the August 16 broadcast of SBS‘s “Running Man,” K-pop stars from the 90s including Kim Gun Mo, DJ DOC’s Lee Ha Neul, Cool’s Lee Jae Hoon, Clone’s Goo Jun Yup, and g.o.d’s Park Jun Hyung appeared as guests to take part in the race.
On the broadcast, Yoo Jae Suk said, “In the summer of ’91, I went to a restaurant with fellow comedians. There wasn’t enough money so we couldn’t get enough boodae jjigae (army stew) for everyone, so we ordered fewer portions and just used a lot of ramyun.”
He then said, “I went with the seniors and since I really didn’t have any money back then, I didn’t even have the money to pay my share. I was just eyeing everyone else and a senior said, ‘You should carry money around. Are you a beggar?’ That made me so upset that I cried.”
