This Is (Almost) Every Outfit Featured in Girls' Generation's "Lion Heart" MV

What did you guys think of Girls’ Generation’s “Lion Heart” MV? We thought the tune was catchy enough — okay, it wasn’t their best song ever, but there’s got to be a reason they’re following it up almost immediately with a new single, right? What really caught our eye was the fashion. From Versace to Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana to Valentino, pretty much all the heavy-hitting designers were enlisted for this video.

While we await the release of “You Think” tonight at midnight (KST), let’s take a quick look at the clothes seen in “Lion Heart.” And at the end, let’s total up the cost, because why not?

In the first dance scene, every member wore an outfit from Versace’s RTW Spring 2015 collection. This was a nice choice because there’s a lot of pink in that collection (as we all know, pink is the signature color of Girls’ Generation) and the complementing designs tie in everyone visually.

For the date scenes, some members wore dresses from the Dolce and Gabbana Fall 2015 collection. The oversized rose print, combined with classic waves and eye-catching earrings, make the perfect looks for a romantic date!

Even though we didn’t feature all the outfits in the video, the looks we did cover here come out to approximately $44,000. However, it seems safe to guess that SM Entertainment did not actually have to buy any of these outfits — we all know that borrowing is the name of the game when it comes to designers and celebrities.
