"Office" Star Go Ah Sung Explains Why She Could Never Work in a Real Office

Actress Go Ah Sung recently sat down with reporters to share her thoughts on work and offices, just in time for the premiere of this fall’s hottest thriller “Office.”

The star, who plays one of the lead roles in the movie, confesses in the interview, “I probably wouldn’t last more than a day or two in an office.”

“I was shocked at the high noise level. When I personally visited an office for study purposes, I was amazed at how people focused on their work and made calls, ignoring the constantly ringing doorbell and other background noise,” she describes her experience visiting a real office before filming the movie, feeling overwhelmed by the hectic work environment.

She goes on to share, “I also paid close attention to those working late hours. They were so expressionless I almost got goosebumps. Burning the midnight oil like that left a strong impression on me.”

Meanwhile, “Office” opens in theaters on September 3.
