Moon Geun Young Stars in Thrilling Trailer for New Drama "Village"

SBS‘ upcoming drama “Village: Achiara’s Secret” has released a spooky trailer starring its lead actress, Moon Geun Young.

Moon Geun Young’s expression alone in the twenty-second trailer is enough to give viewers goosebumps. She sets flame to a newspaper clipping with the title “Whole Family Killed in Collision Between Car and Truck.” The narration says, “I died 23 years ago” before a photo of two happy young girls is shown being lit on fire. Moon Geun Young looks up in horror as she notices a woman in a red dress walking behind her.

Moon Geun Young is starring in “Village” as an English teacher who is transferred to the village of Achiara, where she discovers a dead body on her first day. She teams up with a local police officer played by BTOB‘s Yook Sungjae to uncover what dark secrets this seemingly idyllic and ordinary village is hiding.

“Village” is set to air in October after the end of “Yong Pal.”
