"Unpretty Rapstar 2" Gilme Hospitalized Due to Stress-Induced Enteritis

On September 12, an inside source revealed, “Gilme received a medical examination at a hospital in Yeoido due to her poor health condition. She received a blood test, took x-rays, and was diagnosed with stress-induced enteritis.”

Gilme is currently appearing in Mnet‘s “Unpretty Rapstar 2” alongside Wonder Girls‘ Yubin, SISTAR‘s Hyorin, Fiestar‘s Yezi, Heize, KittyB, Kasper, Ahn Soo Min, Truedy, and Moon Suah. The other participants are all younger than Gilme.

It appears as though Gilme might have been a victim of skewed editing on the first episode of the rap survival show. Scenes featured her appearing tired and only included 10 minutes of screen time. Although she admitted herself that her stamina is weak, fans have been voicing their opinions that the episode involved unfavorable editing.

Due to this purportedly negative editing, it seems as though the broadcast most likely played a role in her current health condition.

Her agency later stated, “Gilme has been putting a lot of effort into preparing for ‘Unpretty Rapstar 2’ and it seems as though her exhaustion accumulated.”

They continued, “There is a recording for ‘Unpretty Rapstar 2’ on September 14. Until then, she will remain hospitalized in order to recover her health.”
