EXO's Lay Breaks Record With Pre-Order of His Book

Idol group EXO‘s member Lay has broken records in China with the pre-order of his upcoming book.

According to Chinese sources, Lay’s upcoming autobiographical photo book “Standing · 24” has broken records by selling 68,537 copies in the 24 minutes of its pre-order. On average, it recorded 50 copies sold per second, breaking online book order records.

Lay’s book went on pre-order on September 18 at noon CST for 24 minutes. The book will be officially released in October. The book will be autobiographical, with Lay’s writing about starting his career in a foreign country and his thoughts on EXO. The book will also contain various pictures of the popular idol star.

Lay’s group EXO will be releasing their first Japanese single this coming November 4.
