T-ara's Eunjung Has Cells That Are 74 Years Old Because...?

Girl group T-ara‘s Eunjung had the age of her cells measured to be 74 years old, surprising everyone.

On the September 17 broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s “Vitamin,” Eunjung joined other guests to talk about incorporating fats into diets in a healthy manner.

The 28-year-old was shocked when her cells were determined to be 74 years old. She had low cholesterol after her excessive diets of eating 807 calories less than the recommended amount.

An expert said, “She is not getting the intake of nutrients that an average adult woman should be getting.” They relayed, “She could be at risk of vascular disease due to her low cholesterol, but this can be improved with diet and exercise habit changes.”
