Son Ho Joon and Kim Yoo Jung Talk About Their Upcoming Mystery Film in Vogue Pictorial

Upcoming film “Secret” costars Kim Yoo Jung and Son Ho Joon posed for the camera together in Vogue‘s recent photo shoot.

With Son Ho Joon’s fame steadily rising ever since his role in “Reply 1994” and Kim Yoo Jung’s ever since she was little, many fans are quite excited to see the two star in this new film.

“Secret” deals with a murderer’s daughter, a cop that raised her, and a mysterious teacher who knows their secret. The drama begins when the three meet again 10 years later.

Kim Yoo Jung plays Jung Hyun, the murderer’s daughter, and Son Ho Joon plays Chul Woong, someone who lost his fiancé to the murderer 10 years ago. Actor Sung Dong Il plays the cop who takes the murderer’s daughter in and raises her.

Son Ho Joon revealed why he wanted to take this role, saying, “I felt like I had watched the whole movie when I read the scenario. The story lines of the three characters mixed and matched excitingly well. I wanted to take this role because the image that most of the public knows me by is completely different from this character’s personality.” The actor also added that his personality is actually more on the dark side.

Kim Yoo Jung said similar reasons, saying, “I am usually known for being bright and happy, but there are times when I feel depressed, too. I think I can let out my dark side with this film. All the roles I’ve taken till now are optimistic ones.”

“Secret” is set to premiere in October.
