Stephanie Lee to Return on Final Episode of "Yong Pal"

Stephanie Lee will make her return appearance on SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Yong Pal” on the final episode which will air on October 1. The storyline is set to have her come back from the U.S.

In the drama, Stephanie Lee played the role of Cynthia, the VIP ward team leader of Hanshin Hospital. She made a strong impression on viewers as she portrayed the charismatic Cynthia who assisted Kim Tae Hyun (Joo Won). Stephanie Lee made her exit as of episode eight.

Her reappearance on the final episode will present a reversal for the storyline. On episode 16 which aired on September 24, Han Yeo Jin (Kim Tae Hee) and Kim Tae Hyun broke up leaving viewers wondering what will happen in the last two episodes. A drama insider says, “There will be an unexpected reversal in the storyline. Please stay tuned.”

According to the report released by AGB Nielsen Media Research, episode 16 of “Yong Pal” recorded 20.2 percent in nationwide viewership continuing its reign as the leader of Wednesday-Thursday dramas.

In response to its impressive ratings, “Yong Pal” has been extended by two additional episodes. There will be a total of 18 episodes instead of the initially planned 16 episodes.
