Lee Hwi Jae Discusses Conflicts That Arise With His Wife About Raising the Twins

Comedian Lee Hwi Jae talked about the conflicts that arose between him and his wife Moon Jung Won while they were raising their children.

On the September 29 broadcast of JTBC‘s “What About My Age,” singer Jang Yoon Jung appears as a guest. She says, “My child is two years old. But I don’t know when to start education.”

She explains, “I think that we should let children do what they want, but my husband, the KBS news anchor Do Kyung Hwan, says that the child needs a good foundation in order to be able to do what they want later on.”

Hearing this, Lee Hwi Jae agrees: “It’s the same at my house. I think we should just raise them to be happy, but my wife was looking up elementary schools for the children as soon as she got out of the postnatal care center.”

He then says, “At the time, I thought, ‘Oh no,’ and I got rid of the computer in the house. Those differences in opinion definitely exist.”
