Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon to Hold First Solo Stage on "M!Countdown"

Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon will kick off the music show promotions for her first-ever solo album “I” through next week’s “M!Countdown”!

According to industry insiders, Taeyeon has been confirmed to perform on the October 8 broadcast of Mnet’s “M!Countdown, and will then continue on to promote her album on other music shows.

It has not been revealed if established hip-hop artist Verbal Jint, who is featured on Taeyeon’s title track “I,” will join her for the music show performances.

Marking her first time to promote alone since debuting as a member of Girls’ Generation in 2007, Taeyeon’s highly anticipated first solo album “I” is set to drop on October 7 at midnight. The physical album will hit stores on October 8.
