Cha Seung Won Unveils Charismatic Pictorial for High Cut Magazine

Cha Seung Won exudes his masculine charisma through a fashion pictorial for High Cut magazine. He is the epitome of style with the Bund in Shanghai as the backdrop. The photos were released on October 2. 

He shows off his outstanding style with ease. In one of the shots, he’s not looking directly into the camera yet stuns the viewer just by his sheer presence.

In the accompanying interview, he speaks of his reappearance in the new season of tvN’s “Three Meals a Day – Fishing Village” in Manjae Island. He comments, “We did talk about getting together again after season one was over. Sort of like an unspoken promise. The program itself isn’t foreign to me.” About the daily life on Manjae Island, he adds, “You might think it gets boring, but it’s not boring. A day goes by so fast.”

Cha Seung Won is currently working on the movie “Goh San Ja, Daedong Yeojido.” It is about the historical figure Kim Jung Ho who compiled the map of Korea in the 19th century. The actor is in the midst of working with a very tight schedule which takes him all over the country. He speaks about his struggles on portraying the character saying, “I feel very cautious about portraying the era in which the movie takes place. I’m a bit afraid. I get sensitive and tend to think a lot.” He adds, “It’s not about whether or not I can do a good job of acting. It’s more about the attitude I bring to the role. I even get achy physically. It’s kind of like going through growing pains as I explore the character.” About having to travel all over the country, he comments, “The movie has to capture all four seasons and I go all over the country. It’s a movie full of adversity.”
