Yoo Jae Suk Reveals a Special Personal Belonging on "Running Man"

Comedian Yoo Jae Suk reveals a memorable suit he wore from his debut year.

In the most recent taping of SBS’s “Running Man,” Yoo Jae Suk was asked to share his oldest and memorable item. With this request, he brought out an old, outdated button-down suit. Everyone was shocked to find out that the suit was purchased in 1991.

Yoo Jae Suk commented, “When I made my debut in 1991, all the senior comedians advised me to purchase a nice suit. The suit was very expensive at the time for me to purchase. I hesitated and thought about the purchase for a while. In the end, I bought one at the mall with 12 month installment payments.”

He added, “It was a very fashionable suit at the time. I wore it every time I had an important engagement as a comedian. I kept it all these years because it reminds me of the excitement I had in my heart as a comedian just starting out.”

The rest of the “Running Man” members cheered him on saying, “That is the reason behind your success. The fact that you never forgot your true passion and calling.”
