JYP’s Rookie Girl Group TWICE Sheds Tears After Their Debut Album Gets Released

The rookie girl group TWICE shed tears after the release of their debut album “The Story Begins.”

On October 19, TWICE did a live stream of “V Countdown” through Naver V App. During the broadcast, the members all played their title song “Like OOH-AHH” and sang along.

Member Jungyeon begins to cry at that point, moving some of the other members and even their managers to tears. The members shared their thoughts on their debut, saying, “We will work really hard,” and “Please give us lots of love moving forward as well.”

Towards the end of the broadcast, Jihyo says, “Thank you so much to the fans who watched us and cheered us on since ‘SIXTEEN.’ We will continue to work hard and we will become humble singers who won’t lose their rookie mindset.”

Meanwhile, TWICE released their debut album on October 20 and opened their debut showcase “Like OOH-AHH, TWICE.”
