Final Producer Yang Dong Geun Predicts Who Will Win "Unpretty Rapstar 2"

Yang Dong Geun has shared his predictions for the winner of this season of “Unpretty Rapstar.”

During a recent interview with the producers, the respected rapper chose SISTAR‘s Hyorin and FIESTAR‘s Yezi — both idols — as the two contestants who he thinks have the best shot at winning.

“Yezi knows how to interact with the audience. This will be beneficial for her,” he explained, and went on to add about Hyorin, “Throughout the show, Hyorin has been gaining more and more prominence. As Hyorin knows how to create performances and work with melodies, she is able to express a song in many different ways,” suggesting that the two have an advantage over others when it comes to showmanship.

When asked to share his thoughts on this season of “Unpretty Rapstar” and the female rappers’ skills, Yang Dong Geun replied, “When comparing the stage presence of female and male rappers, I no longer notice a significant gap between their skills or attitude. ‘Unpretty Rapstar’ rappers have almost as strong an impact on me as the rappers on ‘Show Me the Money.'”

Last week, Yang Dong Geun was revealed as the last producer for “Unpretty Rapstar 2.”
