Taeyeon Wins Second Consecutive "Inkigayo" Trophy With "I"

Taeyeon has taken her second “Inkigayo” win in a row with “I”! Taeyeon prevailed in the end with overwhelming SNS points and pre-broadcast votes from viewers, as shown on the weekly chart revealed on the “Inkigayo” home page on October 26.

In second and third place, respectively, were Zion.T with “No Make Up” and Im Chang Jung with “Love Again.”

Fans will have to wait a little longer to find out the winner of this week’s “Inkigayo.”

The October 25 broadcast of “Inkigayo” consisted fully of prerecorded performances, and at the beginning of the show, the hosts revealed that no trophy will be handed out today.

“There will be no winner announcement today. The winner will be announced through our homepage at a later date,” the MCs said.

Meanwhile, a special episode of “Inkigayo” is currently being filmed on Jeju Island, and this might have caused the busy production team to decide on postponing the winner announcement.

Meanwhile, this week’s episode featured performances by Kyuhyun, BTOB, iKON, Lovelyz, GOT7, Ailee, N.Flying, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, Tei, UP10TION, DIA, Park Bo Ram, Oh My Girl, 24K, Melody Day, Berry Good, and Topp Dogg.
