
Ji Chang Wook to Release Album and Launch Concert Tour in China
Ji Chang Wook, who skyrocketed to international fame through the hit drama “Healer,” will be entering the Chinese music market.
During a press conference held in Beijing on October 29, the star met with reporters to discuss his official Chinese singing debut in mid-November. He has worked closely together with local entertainment company Bravo Music, which is known for hosting some of China’s leading producers and composers, to create his new album.
Representing Ji Chang Wook, Glorious Entertainment commented on the collaboration, “We have come to feel the warmth and sincerity of Bravo’s staff through our numerous meetings, and most importantly, we have enjoyed communicating with them. It’s an honor to engage in such a good co-production.”
Following the album release, Ji Chang Wook is set to embark on a five-city concert tour to promote the album and meet his local fans. The first stop will be Chongqing on November 28, followed by Shenzhen on January 2, and Beijing on January 23. More cities will be announced at a later date.
Meanwhile, the multitalented star is known for starring in musicals like “Thrill Me,” “The Days,” and “Jack the Ripper,” as well as singing for drama soundtracks.
