Seol Ah, Soo Ah, and Daebak Terrified by Doll on “The Return of Superman”

On the November 1 broadcast of “The Return of Superman,” soccer player Lee Dong Gook and his family have an interesting bedtime ritual. Instead of reading a bedtime story, Seol Ah, Soo Ah, and Daebak learn to read a takeout menu. Older sisters Jae Si and Jae Ah go to bed earlier because they had been playing tennis all day.

After a bath, Lee Dong Gook shows his children two puppy dolls to help get over their fear of dogs. When one of them starts making barking noises, baby Daebak backs away quickly. The other doll was silent, to which Seol Ah and Soo Ah say, “I think the battery fell out.”

It turns out this doll is just a stuffed animal, and Lee Dong Gook brings out another set of puppy dolls.

When this doll starts rolling around on the floor and making loud laughing noises, they are terrified and run away. Seol Ah tries to blow the puppy away while Soo Ah backs up and trips over Daebak’s toy car. Eventually the twins and baby Daebak start crying. Later, when the toys are turned off, Lee Dong Gook tries to give the doll to Daebak, who flings it away in protest.
