Yoo In Young Undergoes Major Physical Transformation for "Oh My Venus"

Actress Yoo In Young has gone through a major transformation for her upcoming drama “Oh My Venus.”

In the revealed preview stills, Yoo In Young does not look like her usual self. In this drama, she will play a lawyer who has a rather embarrassing past of being overweight. In order to get in character, Yoo In Young put on a “fat suit” that makes her almost unrecognizable.

However, although she is in a fat suit, many fans say that her beauty still shines through.

When the actress was done transforming for the shoot and appeared on set, most of the staff members couldn’t recognize her. Even after they realized who she was, some still asked, “Are you sure that’s Yoo In Young?”

Yoo In Young joked, “No one could recognize me because of the special-effects makeup and filming the drama was pretty comfortable because of it, but it does make me a bit sad. Thank you to the makeup team for perfecting my character.”

The production team commented, “Yoo In Young was very energetic during the filming even though she had a lot of heavy makeup and costume on. She wasn’t afraid to break down her star image despite being a famous actress.”

Meanwhile, “Oh My Venus” will air its first episode on November 16.
