Lovelyz Viral A Capella Performance of "Beat It" Gets International Press Coverage

The viral video of rookie group Lovelyz performing an a capella version of Michael Jackson‘s “Beat It” has made it all the way to the United States!

A local news channel in Chicago covered the performance, giving the girls of Lovelyz high praise. One host says, “It’s so clean. They bring such beauty to a song that we all love already.” Another host says she shared the video on Facebook after viewing it a handful of times.

The news channel isn’t the first American outlet to share the video, either. Perez Hilton and Melody Mendez, among others, covered the performance, which was first broadcast on the October 30 episode of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.”
