FNC Entertainment Artists Will Not Attend 2015 MAMA

Popular idol groups AOA, CNBLUE, and FTISLAND will not attend the upcoming 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).

The decision was announced by FNC Entertainment through a press statement on November 19.

They clarified that the participation of CNBLUE, who were previously included in the first group of artists confirmed for the awards show, has been canceled due to their overseas concert tour.

“AOA and FTISLAND, who enjoyed great popularity this year, will not be able to participate either due to conflicts in scheduling,” the agency explained.

So far, artists confirmed to attend the highly anticipated 2015 MAMA include BTS, GOT7, Zion.T, BIGBANG, iKON, Park Jin Young, and more performers are expected to be announced this week.

The annual awards show will be held on December 2 at the Asia-World Expo in Hong Kong.
