Taeyeon Says Goodbye to Her Reality Program "Daily Taeng9 Cam"

On November 21, OnStyle’s “Daily Taeng9 Cam” broadcast its last episode. During the show, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon finally shed her “homebody” image and spent meaningful time with her fans, cooking ramen for them, and sharing stories.

With fellow Girls’ Generation member Tiffany as a special MC, Taeyeon prepared a special event for her fans as well, cosplaying as No Face (Kaonashi) from the movie “Spirited Away.”

“I wasn’t comfortable with the camera at first,” Taeyeon said. “I debated a lot whether to do this show or not. But while filming it my thoughts changed. I even took out the camera myself to film, which I’d never done before.”

She also spoke out about her homebody label. “I was tired of being at home all the time. If it’s a show like this, I could do it forever.”

At the end she selected a participant to perform a duet with and ended the broadcast with the special stage. “Daily Taeng9 Cam” was a variety program that aimed to show Girls’ Generation member Taeyeon’s daily life.
