Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – November Week 3

f(x) remains No. 1 for the second straight week with their song “4 Walls.” This song won on “Music Bank” last week and was also among the top songs in all other sources. Congratulations again to f(x).

IU’s “Twenty-Three” also remains at No. 2 but closes the gap considerably to the No. 1 song. “Twenty-Three” won on the last chart edition of “Music Core.” Let’s see if IU can move up to the top next week.

Rounding out another week’s all female top three is Taeyeon’s former No. 1 song “I.” This song rebounded this week and moved up two spots into the top three once again.

There are two brand new songs in the top 10 this week. Moving up 12 spots to No. 5 is Brown Eyed Girls’ “Brave New World.” This song is the title track of Brown Eyed Girls’ sixth album “Basic,” their first full length album in more than two years. Teaming up once again with Lee Min Soo and Kim Ina, who were the masterminds behind many of their past hits, “Brave New World” is powerful R&B style song with an additive chorus. The electrical sound effect depicts the journey into a brave new world.

Block B’s Zico has his first solo top 10 hit with “Boys and Girls,” moving up six spots to No. 10. This song won on Inkigayo last week and also have strong showing on the GAON chart. “Boys and Girls” is a listener friendly hip-hop song with trendy melody. Zico’s powerful rap delights fans. Rookie vocalist Babylon is featured on this song.
