Nam Joo Hyuk Is the Next Actor Lined Up for "Moon Lovers"
It seems as though the upcoming drama “Moon Lovers” is set to have a star-studded cast, as Nam Joo Hyuk is the next to confirm his role in the drama!
On November 23, Nam Joo Hyuk’s agency, YG Entertainment, made an official statement, saying “He’s positively considering the role in ‘Moon Lovers.’ Right now we’re just waiting on a final decision.”
Since then, a representative of the broadcast company has stated, “We’re in the process of finalizing Nam Joo Hyuk’s casting. Kang Ha Neul is confirmed, and we’re still discussing casting with Lee Joon Gi, Hong Jong Hyun, and EXO‘s Baekhyun.”
“Moon Lovers” is a remake of the Chinese drama “Scarlet Heart,” which is about a woman from the modern-day times who travels back in time to the Qing dynasty. In addition to this dream line-up of actors, Hwang Jung Eum is also in talks to be cast as the female lead.
