Lee Min Ho Releases Single Album “The Day” Dedicated to His Fans

At noon on November 25, actor Lee Min Ho released the single album “The Day” as a present to his longtime fans. The album comes four months after he dedicated the song “Thank You” to his fans on his birthday in July.

In 2013, the actor released his first special album “My Everything,” followed by “Song for You.” The new album is dedicated once again to his fans to express his gratitude for standing by him ever since his debut.

The first song on the album, “Present,” portrays Lee Min Ho’s feelings for his fans through an emotional guitar melody. The second song, “Like Then,” is about wanting to be together forever with a loved one after reminiscing about past cherished days. The song features a simple piano and acoustic guitar line paired with a vintage drum sound. For this album, Lee Min Ho worked again with lyricist and producer Hwang Chan Hee.

The new album comes just before the actor is scheduled to have his first solo concert in two years on January 16, 2016 at Kyung Hee University in Seoul. On November 23, all 3000 tickets sold out within a minute. In order to be able to meet more fans, more tickets will be released starting November 26.

Lee Min Ho is currently in the middle of filming “Bounty Hunters,” an upcoming movie directed by Shin Tae Ra.
