Choiza Says Sulli Raps for Him Over the Phone on

Dynamic Duo guests on this week’s episode of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” and members Choiza and Gaeko answer some questions about hip hop and romance.

Yoo Hee Yeol asks the duo, “Is hip hop really popular with women?” Choiza and Gaeko both hesitate for a moment before Choiza replies, “Since hip hop is so big right now, I think that if you’re good at it, you can be popular.”

“Gaeko and I have talked about it before,” he continues, “and we said, ‘What if we hadn’t gone into hip hop? Hip hop was a great choice.'”

Yoo Hee Yeol then asks them, “Have you ever confessed your feelings for your girlfriend with a freestyle rap? Like when singers call up their girlfriends and sing to them over the phone. Do rappers do that too?”

“I get really embarrassed so I don’t like doing that,” answers Choiza. “But she’s been a fan of our music, so sometimes she asks me to rap, and sometimes she does it first. So I listen, a bit embarrassed.” The audience gets excited because Choiza is of course talking about his girlfriend, Sulli.

Gaeko then reveals that he sang Jamie Foxx‘s “Heaven” to his then-girlfriend when he proposed to her, and at Yoo Hee Yeol’s request, he serenades him with it. It’s too much to handle though and Gaeko ends up giving up and going to the other side of the stage, both to get a water bottle and just to get away from the awkwardness!
