Super Junior's Kim Heechul Is the Next Guest MC for "Weekly Idol"

The next idol to fill in for Jung Hyung Don on MBC Every1‘s “Weekly Idol” is none other than Super Junior‘s Kim Heechul.

Last week, INFINITE‘s Sunggyu filled in for the regular host, who was recently hospitalized due to an anxiety disorder. As of right now, no other guest MCs have been revealed, and it’s unclear when the episode will be filmed because the guests’ schedules have yet to be determined. Kim Heechul is set to co-host the episode with Jang Hyung Don’s regular co-host, Defconn.

Due to his hospitalization, Jung Hyung Don announced that he would be taking hiatus from all broadcasting activities. Producers of “Weekly Idol” decided to keep the show, which Jung Hyung Don has co-hosted for over four years, running by bringing on idols as guest MCs.
