Starship Entertainment Teases Debut of New Girl Group

Starship Entertainment and Yuehwa Entertainment teased the debut of a new girl group!

The entertainment companies revealed on December 4 that a 12-member girl group called Cosmic Girls is preparing to debut early next year. The group will be made up of both Korean and Chinese members. Cosmic Girls will be the largest active girl group when they debut.

Cosmic Girls are set to be active in not only Korea but also China. They are a collaboration project between the Korean management company, Starship Entertainment, and the Chinese management company, Yuehwa Entertainment. It was relayed that all of the members have star quality that will set them apart not only in Korea but in all of Asia, and they are very talented in singing, dancing, and acting.

The representatives said, “Being the biggest K-pop girl group, they will show a scale of performance that was never seen before as well as different unit activities that will show off individual members’ charms.”

Meanwhile, Starship Entertainment has also produced huge stars including K. Will, SISTAR, Boyfriend, Junggigo, Mad Clown, and MONSTA X.
