BTS' Rap Monster Confirmed as Special MC for This Week's "Inkigayo"

BTS‘ Rap Monster will be stepping in as a special MC on this week’s live broadcast of SBS’ “Inkigayo.”

The announcement was made through the official homepage of “Inkigayo” on December 4, along with the list of performers and No.1 nominees for this week.

The artists up for No.1 are EXID with “Hot Pink,” San E and Mad Clown with “Sour Grapes,” and GOT7 with “Confession Song.”

Making Rap Monster’s MC role even more special, this week marks the beginning of BTS’ music show promotions for their latest album. According to the announcement, the boys are expected to perform both “Run” and “Butterfly” on “Inkigayo.”

Meanwhile, other groups and artists set to hold their comeback stages on this week’s “Inkigayo” are TaeTiSeo, Noel, Huh Gak, Roy Kim, UP10TION, April, and LABOUM.

Viewers can also look forward to performances by iKON, EXID, Lee Hong Ki, 9MUSES, and many more.

SBS’ weekly music show “Inkigayo” airs on Sundays at 2:20 p.m. KST.
