Yoo Jae Suk Ranks "Number 1 Gagman" for 4 Years in a Row

On December 9, Gallup Korea announced the results for their yearly poll in the category of “Shining (Popular) Comedian/Comedienne.” Gallup Korea conducted the survey for three weeks, and polled a total of 1,700 men and women over the age of 13 in the entire country. Surveyees were allowed to choose up to two people when voting.

Yoo Jae Suk came in first place, holding 51.3% of the vote. The comedian was previously voted number one from year 2005-2009, but dropped to number two in 2010 and 2011. However, he rose again to the top position in 2012. He has consistently remained at number one since then.

The top five was rounded out by Lee Guk Joo (12.9%), Kang Ho Dong (10.4%), Kim Jun Hyun (9.5%), and Park Myung Soo (8.4%). Comedian Jung Hyung Don barely missed the top five, with a .1 difference between him and Park Myung Soo.
