Wonder Girls's "Reboot" Makes the List of Fuse's 20 Best Albums of 2015

Wonder Girls‘s comeback album “Reboot” has been recognized by Fuse as one of the “20 must-hear albums of the year”!

The girl group’s hit album comes in at number 18 on Fuse’s list of the best albums of 2015, securing a spot among artists such as Adele, Drake, Sleater-Kinney, Justin Bieber, and Kendrick Lamar.

Fuse commends Wonder Girls on their ability to recreate elements of a variety of genres of 1980s music in their retro-inspired album. They write, “It wasn’t just a successful K-pop comeback, but proved the strength of Wonder Girls’ initial concept: They’re still a throwback group, but have shifted the focus for further domination.”

JYP Entertainment’s founder Park Jin Young celebrated Fuse’s recognition of Wonder Girls’s hard work when he posted a screenshot of the article to his Instagram. He writes in English as the caption to the photo, “I only wrote one song on the album and the rest of the songs were all written/co-written by the members. They put in so much time and effort to recreate the 80’s synth pop sound throughout the whole album. It’s wonderful to have people recognize this. I’m so proud of the girls and I’m really looking forward to their next album!”

Wonder Girls’s third studio album “Reboot” was released in August of 2015 and featured the group’s title track “I Feel You.”
