iKON to Make Comeback Through SBS Gayo Daejun
YG Entertainment’s “monster rookie” group iKON will be holding their comeback stage on the end-of-the-year special 2015 SBS Gayo Daejun.
On December 27, iKON will be performing the first stages for their double title tracks “Dumb and Dumber” and “What’s Wrong?” off their upcoming full-length album “Welcome Back.” The debut album is scheduled to be released on Christmas Eve (December 24 KST).
This past week, iKON released the making videos for the “Dumb and Dumber” and “What’s Wrong?” music videos as well as a short part of the songs. Both tracks appear to have a fast and energetic vibe and a strong melody.
In the “Dumb and Dumber” making video, the members are wearing pajamas and playing around. Member B.I said about the song, “It’s a song that matches well with the end of the year. It’s good to play at a party.”
In 2015, iKON made their debut with “My Type” and released their debut half-album with the double digital singles “Apology” and “Anthem,” taking No. 1 on both music charts and music programs along the way.
Next year, the group will be performing a solo concert from January 30 to 31 at the Seoul Olympics Gymnastics Arena, the same location as their debut concert last October.
