EXO's Chanyeol Reveals His Sister Is an Announcer for MBC Busan

EXO’s Chanyeol talked about his sister on December 24 broadcast of KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show.”

Comedian Park Myung Soo asked Chanyeol what he usually does on Christmas. Chanyeol replied, “Before I debuted, I used to party with my friends like fellow member D.O. One of my friends lived in Anam-dong (a neighborhood in Seoul). But we stayed home and ate cake together because the weather was so cold.” Park Myung Soo commented, “You have a feminine sensibility. Men usually don’t buy cakes.”

Park Myung Soo went on to ask him about his family, asking if Chanyeol has a sister. Chanyeol responded, “I do have one sister. She is an announcer for MBC Busan. She’s my only sibling. I always brag about how pretty she is.”

Park Myung Soo asked who she takes after. Chanyeol asserted, “She took all the positive qualities from my parents. My father is sensitive and loves music. He plays the guitar and is involved in recreational activities. My parents are both very optimistic. I think she inherited my father’s sensibilities and my mother’s optimistic energy.”
