"Infinite Challenge" Parodies "The Martian”
MBC’s variety show “Infinite Challenge” will air its “Space Special” as part of the five special productions for the season.
In the “Space Special,” the cast members will explore Mars environment and possibility of life on Mars through special training in zero-gravity space and learn how to survive on Mars.
The part to pay a special attention is the fact that they have recreated the base from the movie “The Martian.” The cast members were astonished at how the production crew had recreated the base where the members will reside. On the show, they will go on to reveal personal belongings they brought with them from Earth and also last messages they sent to Earth.
Actor Shim Hyung Tak, known for his alien song “Toochipachi,” will make a special appearance on this “Space Special.” Haha and Kwanghee will join him for the “Dumb and Dumber Avengers.”
The story of six Martians of “Infinite Challenge – Space Special” will air on January 16 at 6:25 p.m. KST.
