Hyeri, Park Bo Gum, and "Reply 1988" Cast Bid Farewell in the Behind-the-Scenes Clip

On January 18, the “Reply 1988” team bid their goodbye to their fans. Hyeri, Park Bo Gum, and other cast members released a video clip of them saying their bittersweet goodbyes through various online video channels.

The couple of the hour Hyeri and Park Bo Gum showed sweet affection even in the behind-the-scenes clip.

Park Bo Gum started out by saying, “Thank you so much for loving our drama ‘Reply 1988.’” But he couldn’t finish off the sentence as he started to talk about his onscreen character Taek and his love interest Duk Sun.

Hyeri interrupted him as she stroked his cheek sweetly saying, “Don’t cry. Why are you crying?” Park Bo Gum denies that he is crying, however.

Following Hyeri and Park Bo Gum’s message, other cast members Ryu Hye Young, Go Kyung Pyo, Lee Il Hwa, Kim Sun Young, Choi Moo Sung and others said their final goodbye messages to the fans.

The behind-the-scenes clip also included the scenes from the recording of the last episode as well as cast members gathering around to take selfies with each other.

“Reply 1988” wrapped up its run on January 16 and bid final farewell to the viewers. However, many viewers are still holding onto the memories of “Reply 1988” not able to let go of the joy it brought them.
