9MUSES’s Kyungri Amazes Everyone by Piggybacking Comedian Kim Jun Hyun

On February 5, KBS released still cuts from its upcoming Lunar New Year pilot variety program, “Duty Olympics.” On the show, girl group members undergo various missions to test their intelligence, sexiness, personal talents, and concentration.

In the personal talents segment, 9MUSES’s Kyungri surprised the whole studio with her strength by challenging the mission “Lift the Male Staff.” Kim Goo Ra suggested she try and lift Kim Jun Hyun, who weighs about 120 kg. Kyungri, on the other hand, has the slim and tall figure that her group is famous for.

Despite this, the singer showed no hesitation. “You’re coming out with so much confidence that it’s hurting my pride,” Kim Jun Hyun joked. “I worked hard to gain this much weight.”

Although the strain could be seen on her face at first, Kyungri managed to complete the mission, amazing everyone on set.

The production staff said about the recording, “The studio was full of laughter. The girls slowly let go of their reservations and enjoyed the filming. They will be showing a new side of themselves, so please anticipate it.”
