Lee Seung Gi Isn’t Worried About Enlisting at 30
Actor and singer Lee Seung Gi shares his thoughts on enlisting in the military on the February 6 episode of KBS2TV‘s “Entertainment Weekly.”
In a surprise interview at the enlistment ceremony, the star comments on his buzz cut, “I’m surprised at how many people have been telling that it suits me.”
When asked how he feels about enlisting at 30 (29 international age), he says, “I don’t think my physical capabilities fall short of those in their twenties. It hasn’t been long since I turned 30, so I think I’ll be fine.”
“I’ll return after doing my best and completing my duty. Please wait for me,” Lee Seung Gi finally sends a message to his fans.
Meanwhile, the star started his five-week basic training after entering the army on February 1. He is expected to be discharged on October 30, 2017.
