Ailee Reaches the 1 Million Milestone on Twitter
Ailee has reached a new milestone on her personal Twitter account – 1 million followers!
The singer quickly made a post marking the occasion, writing in English, “WOW 1M followers!!! Thanks to all my beautiful followers that made this possible! Love you all!!!” As Ailee is from the United States, she frequently posts on social media in both Korean and English.
The milestone was especially meaningful as this month marked Ailee’s fourth year since her debut. Ailee made her debut with the song “Heaven” on February 6 after gaining fame on YouTube and was quickly dubbed “the Korean Beyonce.”
Ailee also posted about her four year anniversary on Instagram, writing in Korean, “Thank you to the Aileeans [her fanclub name] who have been with me for four years. I love you!”
She also added in English, “Thanks for helping me grow for the past four years! Love and thanks to all my babies. MAMA IS PROUD!” The picture accompanying the post shows the presents she received from her fans in honor of the anniversary.
